I was a first home buyer and I had a pretty difficult situation with a real estate agent that was not completely honest about the condition of the house and its current tenancy agreement. I was so happy that I had Lala from Concordia Legal looking after me and helping me with the settlement. Even after the settlement, she continued to assist me with getting the current long term tenants vacate the house and has always been very helpful with understanding complex legal issues.
