I find Dr Orungami not very caring when he visited the aged in the facilities, we asked him to see our loved one on more then one occasion after falls and he never turned up unfortunately he wasn't the only doctor that did not care, to the point after 1 fall he passed away less then 48hrs later. I have a report from the aged commissioner and it did state that they had failed to give medical care or risk assessments and he happened to be away at the time of his last fall.I had tried to contact him after his death and he did not answer my calls or even return them. I would never got answers as to why he did not go and see my family member which still hurts today.Edited to be able to reply :Yes one does know that you would have multiple places and people to see considering they are doctors. My issues is please do not lie please when I have had people investigating my grandads death and it clearly has found when he had hit his head and within 48hrs later he died he did not have 1 doctor come and check on him I HAVE reports and can share them if you wish. He not once had a falls risk done after he had fallen multiple times during the week of his death.Dr Orungami had gone on holiday the 13th of May 2016 my grandad had fallen on the 12th and apparently died on the 14th around 3am in the morning. Not only did he passed away but we have found out events surrounding his death didn't exactly go to what we were told.I had to ask for his oxygen to be brought into his room even after we had a meeting with said Dr that he would not be able to go without it. I walked in on my grandad sitting on his bed ALONE in his room with NOONE in there making sure his obs were fine. I stayed with my grandad for hours that day and I had asked multiple times if he was coming they stated they had emailed him at 9am and he still had not come. My grandfather had hit his head and half of his face was bruised. I had to find a carer to ask questions and was met with well he is on blood thinners. My point is he was on blood thinners which is more risk of having serious bleeding his heart was weak to begin with yet he didn't see it important" to make sure he was well looked after and was OK not even the next day before he went on holidays?Just think about this for a bit if this was your family member and this happened to yours where the Dr DID Not come and see him and they died less than 48hrs and then stories changed would YOU be happy? I think not. 4yrs I have been trying to get answers and the more we delve the more hurt we become.Did you know his 4th year anniversary had just past? Did you know every year on his birthday and the anniversary of his death it is like opening the wound? I guess you wouldn't understand unless this was your loved one but please do not tell me they have other patients when it was a clear indication that some have higher priority. As excuses don't cut it anymore."

This is my primary care provider for nearly 10 years. I've always been really happy with my care. The doctors, nurses and support staff are warm, friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

To not bore you with my long story (which you can find below) I will factually sum up why this medical centre is a terrible place.1. Both Dr Bello & Dr Orundami are terribly unfriendly. When people feel sick, they want to feel heard, understood and be cared for. This can lead to catastrophic results for people with mental illness.2. I waited 2 times for more than 30 minutes in the waiting room. What is the point of making an appointment if my time does not get respected anyway?3. My mental health care plan was not filled out on the first visit, which resulted in a 230$ out of pocket appointment with my psychologist. apparently 2 appointment's are necessary for getting it filled out at Farrington road medical centre.4. The receptionist was clueless about nearly everything because she only works there once a week, she also made me make my own medicare claim for the appointment. The full story :2 weeks ago I had a panic attack, which lasted for nearly 2 hours, It was the most horrifying experience I've ever been trough. The following week I felt mixed feelings of depression, anxiety, nauseousness and sadness. Now 10 days later I luckily feel close to normal again.I am a 27-year-old non-smoking individual who exercises regularly, barely drinks and eats relatively healthy, I've always felt mentally okay and never experienced anything like this. Now as a reader you don't care about me, which is normal and okay, the reason I say this, is because it was a terrible experience to have Farrington road as my support" through this tough time. The doctors have no skills to make a client feel relax

Received report from pathologist but didn’t take the initiative to inform patient. Required patient to come in to inquire the status of pathology report. Requested to collect report but insisted appointment must be made with doctor. Made an appointment for 11:15. 11:30 passed and still not met with doctor yet. No respect for time and/or punctuality. No initiative. Not recommended.
