Alamanda Palm Cove by Lancemore

This was an incredible place!I booked an ocean view room and was blown away by it.I was a little disappointed that the room wasn't completely set up when I entered it but I found the items, it was a huge wonderful suite. The bed was unfortunately two singles not joined together by a fitted sheet.I was told to book my meals at the restaurants and took this to mean that it was very isolated, I should have looked more into this and misunderstood. There are more food options there, a street worth of them!The staff are absolutely wonderful and you are looked after before you arrive. They called me and made sure I had everything sorted; meals, shuttle etc. Very helpful and organised and big thanks to Rochelle, Mack and Justin (apologies if I spell anyone's wrong).The spa service was amazing and great value. I highly recommend this and Sakiko was just the best at making me at ease and the experience rejuvenating and relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay at The Alamanda Palm Cove, Staff are amazing from check in to any small questions you have. The 3 pools are relaxing with the choice of a warmer pool on the cooler evenings. The grounds are amazing with beautiful tropical trees and palms to well maintained gardens. The cleaning staff are awesome as well as the maintenance staff. Would highly recommend Alamanda to stay at for business or pleasure.

Our holiday was totally relaxing with a choice of 3 pools , poolside beverages and apartment 56 is totally amazing from the beautiful cool apartment (new air conditioners ) to the relaxing pool view and then very tranquil bedroom views. Alamanda’s friendly staff and greet hospitality will leave me coming back.

Not sure how anyone could rate Alamandra for anything less than 5 stars. The staff were friendly, the rooms were amazing. We had a two bedroom. 2 bathroom with beachfront view and it was so spacious. The gardens are beyond beautiful, parking is secure. spa and pools were perfect.and the outlook was so relaxing and picture perfect. Couldn't have asked for better accomodation and surroundings. Can't wait to come back and enjoy all over again!

Only absolute beach frontage in Palm Cove. Get a beach facing room for the perfect wake up every day staring into idyllic palm trees.Only annoyance was construction for 2 days of our stay which was unfortunate.

The location on the beach is great and we had an ocean view room so that was wonderful. The resort itself is fairly dated though, the pools need an upgrade as do the bathrooms in the rooms. We saw no staff our entire stay except for the cleaners. If you have a young family or are older you should request a ground floor room, lots of stairs and no lifts. The pools were very different in temperature- one very cold and one extremely hot. For what you pay it was a bit underwhelming but we had a good time.

We booked a couples massage at Alamanda with Gayle & Athen and they were both amazing. It was hard to find a spa in the area that catered to pregnant women but Alamanda was able to offer pregnancy massages. Athen was very gentle and always making sure I was comfortable and in the correct positions. It was also so nice hearing the waves of the ocean crashing and made it even more relaxing. Highly recommend treating yourself!

Staff were cheerful & helpful. Our apartment was large, clean & very comfortable. We were just a few steps from one of the pools & only 30m from the beach
