The Telecom Shop

My experience with The Telecom Shop could not have been better. When browsing for an item I wanted on Google, I found it on their website in stock and at a good price. I put a question about it to their online chat person, who replied with good clear information reassuring me that the product would suit my laptop. Ordering was easy and they dispatched my purchase very quickly. I was able to track it and it arrived in very good time. The product works well for charging a number of devices at home, and will also be great for traveling (as it has different international plugs). I found the Telecom Shop a great business to deal with all round.

I needed a dual band Router and the Telecom Shop had just the one that I wanted. The price was good and the delivery was very prompt. I then received a follow up email to make sure everything was OK. Many thanks for your great service.

Absolutely APPAULING service. Ordered a part that was in stock. Received no notification about the status of the order. 2 weeks passed, I contact them to advise it was on backorder now and that it would be shipped in 2 days. I then call back the following Monday to find out it's been postponed for 3 more months. NO communication from the whatsoever. Ridiculous work ethic.

Had supreme customer service from Megan, I had ordered online completely wrong headsets for our phones. Megan talked me through getting the correct headsets I needed for the budget I had.

I was initially unhappy with my purchase when I received an email informing me that the item was out of stock and that I had to wait for a month without the option of a refund. I felt this was unfair and inconvenient. However, the seller soon contacted me again. They said they had found the item and shipped it to me promptly. They were friendly and professional throughout the process and the delivery was fast and smooth. I appreciate their efforts to resolve the issue and I am satisfied with the product.

Quality products, fast delivery, great communication and huge savings. We have had follow up emails ensuring our delivery arrived and all was as ordered. Will definitely shop here in the future.

Prompt delivery of a headset that was exactly as described on the website. Love that they followed up with me to make sure I was happy and if they could assist in any other way. Very good business sense!!

Ordered a cash drawer cover.No notification of tracking. So emailed. Nothing. Emailed again. Nothing. Rang - that’s on back order for 4 months. No notification nothing until I rang and chased. No apology. No real Customer service.Invoicing is also suspect. Don’t know if it is legal to price list for retail ex GST and then add GST on afterwards in Australia

Purchased a monitor from their ebay store's listing.Despite free express delivery being noted, order is not shipped after a week.Sent several messages, no replies over several days.Call the shop - all they will do is prompt the one person in their business who manages these orders.Finally receive a message saying the monitor I purchased is discontinued.Immediately requested a refund as despite the above, they hadn't yet processed a refund and are holding my money for no reason. No reply once again.This is completely unacceptable, please refund immediately and notify me when this has been completed.Recommending to never make a purchase via their online store unless you want your money and order carelessly handled like the above.

Item arrived quickly, contacted customer service about delivery and received prompt response. What a great surprise to receive a call to ensure item had arrived and met my needs. Can't recommend them enough, they will be my first choice for future purchases
