Hahn Hair and Beauty Salon

Unfortunately had a terrible haircut. The stylist seemed rushed and lacked attention to detail. My hair ended up extremely uneven... There were obvious bits of long hair sticking out (totally missed!) and the cut was just really uneven and choppy. It didn't seem right at the end of it and I brought this up and they assured me it's just the way it's been blown without even double checking it. I'm going to have to go into another hairdresser to fix this up now. My first experience there 18 months ago was good, the second time 10 months ago was ok, but this recent experience was so poor. I'm not sure if it's just this one stylist? But I'm extremely disappointed and would not come back or recommend.

I went here today to get my hair cut, Susan is a great hairdresser, very experienced and great skills. She would stop and check during the hair cut for my opinion and gave good suggestions, I didn’t feel it was rushed and she took great care. I am so happy with it!

Hahn is a fantastic haircutter so much so he’s become my regular hairdresser. I did not expect to receive so many compliments till Hahn started cutting my hair two years ago.

Friendly and efficient. Have had a few different stylists and they have all have done a great job, particularly getting my colouring how I like it.

2 weeks ago I went to this salon armed with a photo sample of what colour I want my new hair to look like after my birthday makeover was done. My request was simple; to make surely all greys were gone as well. The result was less than satisfactory. I called the salon and spoke to Hahn, and he booked me in for another colouring appointment. This morning I went back; Hahn was really patient listening to what I wanted and explained why the first colouring attempt didn't yield the results I desired. Today's result was fantastic! I was really happy. Hahn redid the colour for no extra cost and thus had found another loyal customer for life! He turned an unhappy customer to a loyal one with his dedication to provide the best results and experience for his customers. Thanks Hahn!

I’ve been to Hahn for a few years already. Happy for my hairstyle and colour. The staffs are very friendly too.
