A MASSIVE SHOUTOUT TO TAYLA WHO LITERALLY SAVED MY HAIR! I came in to this Hairhouse with hair that I had tried to dye copper, failed miserably, and I looked like Ronald McDonald from Wish (see photo). I needed a quick fix for my hair but didn’t have the funds to get it professionally done. Tayla looked at my hair and recommended a dye from Colour Royale, told me how to apply it, and it worked a treat! My hair looks so much healthier now and the colour is freaki ng awesome! Thank you so much queen! Appreciate it so much! I have attached a photo of my new hair!! So happy xx

Was absolutely ecstatic to see Ben back. The most amazing piercer I have ever encountered. I was devastated when he had left as he has done all of my piercings. His calming and professional demeanour is beyond belief. He always makes every piercing an enjoyable experience and knows exactly where placements look the best. I trust him explicitly as he is always honest and is passionate with his work. If you are ready for your ears to be curated to perfection don’t look anywhere else, Ben is your person. Took my 10yr old daughter to get her ears pierced after they had closed over. Ben was fantastic, he was calming, reassuring and made her feel comfortable. His after care advice was excellent and even said for us to come back for him to check on them in a month!! Such excellent service

I have to say when it comes to piercing there is only one person I trust with, and that's Ben from Watergardens store. He's just amazing, he talks through the process of reassurance and kindness. Today I brought my 8yo to get her ears pierced as well my 15yo to get her nose pierced. And all I can say Ben absolutely nailed it, both my girls loved the experience and no pain. Thank you Ben...you rock.

I was looking for a thickening shampoo and conditioner cos my hair was feeling flat and lifeless and started shedding like crazy. Ben was extremely helpful and led me to the products I needed to regain the fullness and lustre back. I asked a million questions and he was very thorough with his answers.
