Be careful with the lot. I paid off my washing machine and had a end of contract email. The washing machine died and I contacted them and was told that it wasn't up to them as it was my machine now and to contact the warranty at store of purchase. I did that and had it all lined up for refund as it couldn't be fixed but this mob swooped in and took my refund. They then applied it to my other rental despite my request for refund. So in fact the $1 buy out is a con because you'll never really own them.

When my son's laptop died the day before highschool started Jane went above and beyond to secure a laptop for us completing contract the same day, when we had some issues with the laptop due to a manufacturer issue resulting in two 6 week warranty claims the team went above and beyond to help us and make sure my son still had a laptop for school. Thank you.
