I use to ride past Nick's on the way to the train and so when I needed an electric brake controller installed I thought I'd get a quote off him to compare with the initial quote I'd received. His was almost $200 cheaper! Nick has that friendly old school service and gave me plenty of great advice about other 12v wiring I had done on the car and trailer. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Don't bother. He made me make an appointment at 7:30am and wasn't willing to do otherwise. Turned up and no one to be seen. Called him and he said he wasn't coming in for the day - never let me know. There was also someone else waiting at the time as well. Very poor service.

Absolutely disgusting customer service,booked two weeks in advance called and confirmed 24 hrs prior dropped off car only to be called 1 hr later to pick up car ,,JOB NOT DONE ,claiming that my parts had been returned!!! Why? No explanation barely a apology,cost me time and money and also cost me our Xmas with family due to being UN able to travel with young kids and no ac,my advice. Go elsewhere where they actually care about their customers. Oh and my first bad review was also removed from the site,I will keep posting this review until it stays there,
