Not everyone is skilled at everything. I know my strengths and I recognize my limitations. Whilst I am skilled and passionate about , resilience, self empowerment and all things regarding human behavior, I am challenged on many other things and finance and business is one of them.Having a growth mindset, I have gone on a journey to better my skills in those areas and went on a google rampage. I then landed on the most amazing platform for many women like myself. Women who are highly skilled in one area but lack in another.I came across Ruffle Mentoring. It was a dream. I could go on the website # and choose from a selection of amazing women who know what I do not know, to mentor me in that area. It is not a big commitment and is not intimidating as some other mentoring or coaching systems seem for me.I joined up with an effortless booking system and had a powerful session with my mentor Michelle Scheibner who was a wealth of information. I do not have to commit to any long period of time, I can check in whenever I need to be accountable for myself or if I need direction when I am stuck.It has been just what I was looking for. I was so excited about finding this platform and then it got even better. I could join as a mentor to help others who might need a little more of my skills in life coaching/mentoring. So I jumped on board as a mentor as well.This is a great way to add to your income and is not expensive if you want the help you need.
