Optus Blacktown

I wouldn’t rate this place even one star.I got a 5g connection with Optus online. After receiving the modern at my place Optus said they’ve done a mistake and the modern sent to me is assigned to someone else and return it back to Optus store at Blacktown (this was after multiple conversations nearly about 3 hrs staying on the phone). Went to the store and the manager (NAVEEN I think his name)was very rude saying we don’t receive these. I was surprised how he became a manager at the first place. Terrible service.

This attendant is very rude and lazy. I just came in to have my case replaced he upfront told me that they don't have this specific item to be replaced without even asking my name or my number to verify me as a customer. I am a local here and this is very disappointing and unacceptable. I even asked him is this how you really treat your customers everyday and he gave me the finger to stop me from saying what I need to say.Worst of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is very unacceptable and needed to be actioned. Name of the attendant is Nalin. He seems to be the manager and he is very rude and nowhere near to be called as what they call he is.

Excellent people Murtaza is a top bloke fixed my phone swiftly and proffessionaly short wait times offered great hospitality and he and his fellow co workers were outstanding ,i recomend Optus At westpoint 10 / 10 well done Murtaza and his Boss very satisfied

Staff use to be professional, now they just sit around and talk to each other like they are at a friend's house. Didn't deal with the issue I came to resolve, making excuses.

After losing my phone, I ran over here to get a new replacement sim. They did it within 30 seconds, hassle free.

Tony was welcoming, patient and listened to all my mum’s questions. Very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. You are a great asset to Optus, thankyou so much for assisting us today, it’s very much appreciated.

Every time I have entered the store they have never accomplished anything - easy to sign you up but when warranty of faulty products or changes to plans they will do Everything to dismiss you!!
