Good food found there

Went here for tea with the family and was a good experience until when I was eating my food I had a medium sized piece of plastic in my food which was sharp and stabbed the roof of my mouth. We told our server who took the plastic out to the chefs (and owners) and then came back and told me they were sorry and didn’t offer to take my food or anything. At the end of our meals we went to pay and after we paid we asked if we got my order taken off as it had the plastic in it and the server said no but that she’d go ask the owners what to do. She came back and said that she was sorry but the owners said not to refund it and we then asked her to get the owners who then came out into the dining room (away from where we were paying) and had a go at the rest of our family who were waiting for us until the server once again went and got them to come to us where they then started having a go at us and were very threatening. Saying things like ‘if you can’t afford to pay for it don’t come here’ ‘it was only a piece of plastic, it’s happened to me before’ ‘the meal was eaten’ (which I didn’t even eat it all, my cousins ate a bit). As if this didn’t ruin the experience enough, the food came out all at different times, some meals half an hour later. The food wasn’t that great and it was over priced to the max (which when they were arguing with us said that they were one of the cheapest places in town, which they definitely not). The only thing I can commend is the waitress ladies who tried very hard and were very polite.
