Jim is amazing!!!I popped in to see if he could help with some terrible damage to my Volkswagen Golf bonnet from a someone jumping on it. Everyone I'd seen, said that I just needed a new bonnet. But Jim - given how experienced he is, knew he could have a go.I left Dent Clinic so happy I wanted to cry!Jim was able to get two huge dents out of the bonnet, and has promised to do a little more work during the year.He's a total pro and an absolute gentleman! If you need work done, go straight to Jim and avoid wasting your time with anyone else!I absolutely can't recommend him enough.Also need to mention his beautiful wife, who is a joy to chat with while Jim works his magic!Thanks guys, looking forward to seeing you again in a couple of months!

I parked my car on the street one night and in the morning discovered someone might have sat on the bonnet. Being resourceful I tried to pull it out with a suction cup. This removed the big dent but left several smaller ones. I later learned this was the wrong thing to do - leave it to a pro. I contacted numerous dent repairers, all of them didn't want the job and said I should go through insurance.Reading his great reviews, I decided to contact Jim. So glad I did. He was upfront about what could be done, explained the whole process, and even let me watch while he was working. We got it to 95% restored in half an hour. He gave me the option to spend more time on it but I had to head back to work. To be honest unless you're really looking for it, you can't even tell it was damaged.Jim's experience and honesty allows him to offer more competitive solutions. I drove away happy that I don't have an unsightly bonnet, more money in my wallet and no need for an insurance claim that would have wasted so much time and resources. Thanks Jim!

Absolute Fantastic Job that Jim did with my Hyundai I30, I had a sharp dent which I thought the only way to be fixed was going to the smash repairs and pay $1000’s of dollars. Jim took the time, assessed and informed me what he can do for it, at our surprise the dents been repaired and 100% satisfied of it.I probably argue that EVERYONE should go Jim’s dent clinic first before getting their cars fixed at the Smash Repairs. The guy is reliable, honest and very professional!

Had Jim work on my car today to remove a dent that had been doing my head in and you cannot tell me that magic does not exist, Im convinced he is a wizard!All jokes aside, im not the type to write reviews, however, it would have been criminal of me not to write one in this instance.Jim is a Master at his craft and his years of experience is evident in the pride he takes in his work. As soon as i arrived he identified the dent and how it may have occured, he then formulated a plan and kept me in the loop on the procedures he was going to employ and the equipment he was going to use. I felt involved the entire time and before you knew it i was in awe. It was like the dent was never there in the first place. Jim's workmanship is nothing short of incredible.

I had a damage on my Nissan X Trail. It was a carpark damage but at a spot that it affected the line in the panel and had dents upper and lower of the panel line. I knew it was a difficult job and I knew where to go. When I took my car to Jim , he had a look , advised me the difficulty due to the damage being on the line and the access behind the panel. He took on the job and told me of options should it not come up as expected. However I felt confident that it would be done perfectly and I said to myself that Jim would not have accepted the job if he did not have 99% confidence to fix it. Jim did the work on the car the following day and called me at midday to say it was fixed. I had a look and you cannot tell where the damage was and the line in the panel is perfect. Jim is very professional and will take time to tell you what he does. I know that Jim admires his work and that ensures that customers are happy. I would highly recommend to give Jim a try and you won't be disappointed. I just saw that he has posted a photo of my car's before and after repairs.

Jim is very fussy about his work and it drives to a perfect result, and I like that!!!At the beginning of the job, he spent time checking the damage and explain everything. I left my vehicle and came back in about 2 hours, then all the dent was gone, and the surface was back to perfect shape. I am so satisfied with the result and couldn't expect anything more than that.
