Booked in Amarok at 8am as it would be the first job and told 3 hours to doGot back 3.5 hours later and still hadn’t startedI drove 1.5 hours to have this doneAs a business owner I have now lost 1 day of work and no windscreen fitted and now need to organise another company to fit oneDo not consider using them time wasters

This business was referred to me by my Insurer as I had a small chip in my windscreen.I was told they would contact me within a couple of weeks as it would take that long for them to receive it. When I hadn’t heard from them after 6 weeks I contacted them.Once it was repaired I left to drive 2.5 hours to work. One hour and 30 minutes into my trip it started to rain, I put my wipers on and my drivers side wiper hadn’t been tighten. I pulled over on the Highway and called them. The person I spoke to was quite hesitant to want to help me saying “we don’t have anyone in your area that can help you.” I did insist and they did send someone up. I called someone else to fix it and once I messaged to staff member to let them know he was quite annoyed. I told him I would send the invoice to him and he reply saying he doubts whether it would be much for a mechanic to tighten 2 bolts.

Instant windscreens are just amazing. They're professionalism and work carried out is second to none. The team at Narre Warren know what they are doing. They pride themselves for honesty and integrity and I can very much vouch for that. I highly recommend Instant windscreens to any one. I was booked in for Midday to have my windscreen replaced but the booking clashed with a last minute meeting I had to attend. I rang up and the staff member I spoke to said I could come in at 11am. When I arrived at 10.40am he had the fitters commence the job straight away. My job was completed by Midday and I made it to my meeting with plenty of time. I was extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend Instant Windscreens. Thanks Guys!

Promised me they wouldn’t damage my headliner in advance when questioned about it due to the driver side pillar having some damage.Was given vehicle back with headliner and pillar liners completely hanging out and torn.Left it with them to fix it, they “tried” to tuck it in. Without much success.Would never recommend using them. Get someone who cares about their work and won’t lie to you.
