My mum and dad referred me to used Alstonville kitchen as they did an amazing job on their kitchen. Ian was very helpful with the design of their kitchen. I used Alstonville kitchen to redo our whole kitchen while doing house renovations. Ian and his team we very helpful on time, communicated well, clean and tidy. I am very happy with the end product. I would highly recommend Alstonville kitchen to anyone that is wanting a new kitchen. I’m planning on get them back to redo our laundry this year.

Ian, Ben and his team have been so wonderful supporting us with our kitchen after the devastating floods. They were prompt and efficient and had excellent communication throughout the process. Their efficiency allowed us to complete our repairs after the flood in a timely manner to be able to offer housing to our community during this housing crisis. Would highly recommend this family run business. I found Ian had some great ideas for our kitchen renovation, that have really improved the workability of the kitchen area. My new kitchen has exceeded my initial expectations, with professional advice provided along the way. An impressive factor for me was removing the hassle of finding local tradesman that turn up on time and complete the work. UNRELIABLE, DON’T USE IF YOU REQUIRE THE JOB DONE THIS CENTURY.. I rang Alstonville kitchens in early November, 2016 and I asked them to give me a quote on a kitchen makeover and/or a new kitchen and told them that we required the job to be done in early May, 2017 prior to moving into the premises. It was hoped that we could give a kitchen company the go ahead, after receiving a satisfactory quote so that the kitchen would be ready to install just prior to us moving in. They attended the premises in mid-November, 2016 measured up and discussed the job and said that they would have the quote to me in the next couple of weeks. When I heard nothing from them I emailed them in late December early January but heard nothing. I eventually rang them late February, 2017 and was told that the quote was within a pile of quotes that they had to do but had not got around to it but would do it in the next few weeks.When I again heard nothing further I rang them on the 27.3.2017 and was again told that they hadn’t had a chance to do the quote as they were doing a number of commercial kitchens and suggested they probably wouldn’t get around to doing the quote, which was in a whole pile of quotes that also needed doing. I said that they should have told me in the beginning what the true position was and that surely the job should have been given some priority due to the fact it was measured up in November.2016. I was then told I should go to another company.
