Average at best. Never been approached in store for help or even acknowledged by staff, which is disappointing as the signage in this store (both sale signs and normal pricing stickers) is abysmal. Very mediocre store even by Petstock standards.

Customer service is everything in retail and unfortunately 3 ladies preferred to look down their nose at me than help me. One young lady did help and was lovely but I'll definitely be going back to the Bacchus Marsh store as their customer service is outstanding.

the staff are so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable.Huge range of foods, toys and all pet needs.My doggy LOVED his visit.... he got a treat and then got to bark at the fibreglass horse out the front. (they kissed and became firm friends by the end of the visit).This one is now our preferred PETstock.

You can almost guarantee that anything remotely needed apart from food, they will not have. Not sure why they exist as food can be got anywhere; other stuff such as recovery collars etc cannot. Every time I check the online in store stock its 'unavailable'.You may as well drive 10 minutes down the road to Sunbury as places like this get by on the bare minimum then complain when big competitors arrive.

Staff are great, prices are good. They will even put your feed bags in your car for you. Pet stock deliver locally and are always friendly!
