My SNS started chipping a week in of having them done. I wasnt able to get back there until day 11 after getting them done. By this stage 4 nails had chipped. The response, oh yeh theyve grown out? I explained I have had SNS many times and this would happen maybe at 4 weeks not 11 days in! They refused to do anything. So I had them removed and will never go back.

Pedi for $50 each despite them spending 1/4 of the time on my 8 year old niece. The place was falling apart.

Terrible terrible service, defiantly go to the other nail salons at tweed city !!I got seated straight away, the lady had to remove my acrylics with foil and said leave it on for a few minutes, I was left there ignored and waited 1 hour until someone acknowledged me, I then said don’t worry about doing my acrylics, I will go somewhere else. I ended up just getting them painted but I was charged $45 just to paint them which took him 1 minute, so I waited an hour to get a 1 minute paint job.

Friendly, gentle, caring staff. Had no problems giving a natural look in gel colour. Peaceful vibe. Older decor. No pushiness, easy communication.Had a nice chat with a regular who was waiting to see my technician Ayumi. Good range of colours and brands. Kind feel.

I had a young girl that was inexperienced and does not understand English very well. Did not check the water temperature and did not use the blade properly. The blade was not new and was blunt. The massage was terrible on legs. I will not be back. Too over crowed.

Went in staff were nice, had a pedi the guy did a great job was seen to straight away, the finger nails well.... they are ok had acrylics first time in a long time, was cut twice quiet painful as the cuticles were cut away from skin and nail.... the shape is nice but very chunky and looks like I applied the acrylic on myself, the color is nice and nicely applied until after when all the colour had been applied and set the lady decided to file the sides of the colour off, paid over $100 probably won't go back, but the staff were nice

May nail artist was lovely she done a nice lovely job!- m… not worth the money though, Way over priced… I was actually shocked! $80 for a pedi with a trip on one nail!!! 1.5 hours to do pedi… will not return or recommend.

I've been to lots of places over the years to get my nails done, and here they listen to me. My nails are even shape and length.Most importantly, they stay on. I get mine infilled every 3 to 4 weeks.Foot spa and pedicures are amazing and so relaxing.

Terrible!Worst Pedicure I’ve ever had!I was advised to come back in 20mins which I did and then had to wait another 20mins. The spa function was not working, one arm on the chair was missing, felt like I was sitting in the back yard having a pedicure in a bucket of water. No colour chart for ‘normal polish’, big toe nail was not cut/shaped straight and then she burnt me with the hot stones. Then they had the hide to charge me $50 for the service or lack of. Go elsewhere people, I know I will never be back.
