Called the store and spoke to a Robert with a general question. Absolutely the rudest phone manner I have ever come across. Basically hung up on me after a short conversation without a word. What a shocker.

Had an adapter fitted to my hose and used it once before it blew off and I lost my head and adapter called to speak to someone and got told too bad no warranty, I’ve been to numerous other places before that never let me down like Pirtek have I’ll never go there again very poor workmanship followed up by poor customer service

I used pirtek laverton recently. A gentleman called Drew came out on site and fixed some hoses and other bits on my truck. I must say Drew was very friendly professional and most importantly prompt. He came at the specified time he said and was very knowledgeable.. He had my truck up and running in no time minimising my down time. Could not fault him and without a doubt will be calling Drew again for his services when the need arises. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Waited across road as instructed for 1 1/2hrs . 3 phone calls to Michael. 45minutes after last phone call I left . Still no follow up 24hrs later. Spent $954.00 elsewhere to replace 2 hoses . Thanks for nothing
