Health Hub Capital Chemist Launceston have gone above and beyond to provide care and assistance to my Mum. I am so grateful for their help. Particular thanks to Kim who delivers medication to my Mum at her home weekly and has been extremely kind, caring and professional. Highly recommend.

Today my son and I had exceptional service!I wish I knew the chemist’s name but she was truely fantastic. She spent so much time explaining things and really seemed to care. Absolutely the best chemist experience I’ve had. Well above and beyond any service I have had before. Thank you so much for making an anxious time less stressful with your kind understanding. I was supplied two batches cannatrek T21 flower that had flower rot all through it.I contacted Christine at the health hub and she told me to contact the grower and the number is listed on the label. So I tried contacting cannatrek for about 5 weeks only to received a reply telling me that I need to deal with my chemist.So I contacted Christine at terrywhite health hub and she told me that she did not tell me to contact cannatrek she told me to contact canview. So I contacted can view as I was told to a few days later I received notification from can view that I will need to deal with my chemist ! So I contacted Christina terrywhite health hub again, she has refused to do anything about it!I am now $300 out of pocket and have had no medication for a week !Christine's actions placer directly in breach of duty of care to her customers making her in breach of pharmaceutical goods act !
