She takes on board feedback and helps me reach my rehab/weight loss and fitness goals.

I absolutely love going to Zentrum Pilates at Castle Hill! Fantastic instructors, individualised programs designed based on my needs. I have improved my overall fitness and mobility since I have been working with my instructor Angela pre and post hip replacement! Never thought i would find an exercise program that would suit me but I have! And am eternally grateful for the care and support provided and would highly recommend to anyone and everyone! The studio is lovely and well appointed. Parking is easy. I work with Angela and she is a patient, caring, and knowledgeable instructor. I'm not the full workout type, but I love my pilates sessions!

Angela is a knowledgeable teacher of pilates who is always attentive to her students. Her knowledge of both pilates and physiology means she is always ready with strategies to respond to any number of various injuries or physical challenges that life inevitably throws up. I have been her student for over 6 years and she has never let me down.
