A great store in every aspect. Went to get a lighter engraved and was phenomenal customer service. The engraving itself was so intricate and beautifully done. I highly recommend. Forever thankful!!!!

Put my pair of docs in for a stretch, could not be happier with how they turned out!! Didn't have to wait very long at all which I was really happy with, awesome pricing as well and very friendly staff. Highly recommend :)

Very disgusted with this store. Bought a brand new bangle from prouds and went straight around to this store to get it engraved. Upon pickup it was scratched and damaged. When i pointed this out to the Staff they done nothing about it. Im very mad and upset as this was a first birthday gift for my niece. NEVER TRUST THIS PLACE.

I have seen some absolutely fantastic Trophies being made here, not just the traditional stuff but quite unique awards made from Tasmanian timber, glass, steel and plastics. I always have my business shoes re-soled and fixed here too. A great centrally located spot in the CBD.
