I cannot recommend SCJ higher for their incredible service and absolutely stunning rings! My future husband purchased my ring set and it was so gorgeous we went back to buy his wedding band. We were looked after by Shana and we cannot speak higher of her incredible nature and support. I have recommended Simon Curwood to many people since. Thanks again guys!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I do read reviews. But unfortunately on this occasion, I didn’t before entering the store. Whist in store I found that Lou came across very rude, abrupt and uninterested in what I was saying and was just after my money. I found the pricing to be very expensive compared to other stores I’d been in on the same day.In reading the reviews, it seems to me family and friends leave good reviews and not genuine customersHave a read and see what you think.

Had a lovely experience yesterday sitting down and picking out a custom engagement ring. The staff were helpful in creating something we loved and understood our price range and what was important to us. So excited for the day he pops the question and I can wear it on my finger forever!

They guided me through the ins and outs of the design process- answering all my questions and providing me with expert advice. The end result is a stunning piece of jewelry and is better than I could ever have imagined.

My cousin and I came into the store on Sunday the 28th of May & had been on the look out for ring styles that best suited what we wanted. Alyssa (hopefully i spelled your name right) was kind enough to assist us in the process of showing the different options and colours available in store. She went above and beyond to build rapport, earning our trust whilst also being patient. My cousin and I walked out feeling so confident in our choices and will definitely coming back into store soon to visit Alyssa. Amazing customer service!

Shana has been the most helpful person we've ever dealt with. Her customer service is incredible and she has always gone above and beyond our expectations to help us out. Not only is the quality of the jewellery made here absolutely incredible, but the customer service cannot be beaten. Amazing service with staff who helped me draw out what I wanted.I wanted a store that was not a chain store and I could get something special and unique. Shana took the time to listen to my vague ideas, ask questions to draw out what I wanted and made suggestions. We designed something that made me feel special. Five star service, I would recommend for something that is unique and bespoke.
