Fun Fidgets

Ordered fidgets for my autistic little girl who is struggling with lockdown in September. It's November and they haven't arrived. Australia Post lost them. I asked Lisa to please re-send the same items but she says I can wait until Australia Post reimburses her and if she still has them in stock she will send them then. I let her know that whilst I understand the post isn't her fault, my daughter is ripping her hair out and really needs those items, that I lost my job and I can't afford to replace them myself whilst we wait, but to no avail. I was forced to open a PayPal dispute and Lisa's only comment in the resolution centre has been that she already told me that I can wait until she is compensated. I feel really disappointed and sad after the whole exchange. Not even a single comment to say that she hopes things improve for my daughter.

Tbh I haven’t been there before I just wanted to know if you can deliver to me? If you can could I have all the squishy‘s you have 1 each and tell me how much it will be and I will pay whenever you want
