Vogue Holiday Homes Gold Coast

We had a wonderful time over the recent Easter break staying with 2 properties managed by Vogue Holiday Homes. Lakeland Keys and Riviera. 9 couples across 2 houses located less than 100m from each other. The team at Vogue were accommodating to all requests. Both houses were in great condition (which was a concern of mine, being holiday rentals) and the couple of little issues were promptly dealt with.

Vogue and LuxidoNever knew it was legal for a company to discriminate people based on their age and the area they live in. After paying the $1000 bond, and landing in Qld to start our holiday we were unable to get the address of the house unless we forked out another $2000 for the bond, why?? Because we are in our late 20s. Although this is discrimination, it may not have annoyed us as much, if they notified us of this when we booked, or at least a few weeks before. But instead we were ask to come up with the extra funds the day of check in. After paying the funds and being promised an early check in days before landing, we were forced to wait with our bags at a random restaurant for 4 hours, until they finally processed the payment (after calling them 3 times to remind them).Also, the company asks how you would like the bed configuration, we requested half room kings and half the rooms singles as only half of us were couples, they considered this a “red flag” and didn’t even bother to seperate the beds anyway. So I wouldn’t bother filling out that part as it seems like a trap to them getting more bond….Nevertheless as we are mature adults the place was obviously left spotless as we always planned. The house was very nice, I recommend if you see the houses advertised with another company to book elsewhere! And if you’re thinking of getting this company to host your house, unfortunately I would not recommend it from the experience we had with their service I won't be rebooking any houses with them.

We have just stayed for 5 days at Tallebudgera Beach House and from start to finish our experience with Rebecca and the team from Vogue Holiday Homes has been outstanding. Rebecca couldn't have been more accommodating/helpful and the house was truly amazing. It was everything that was promised - light and airy, extremely clean and well provided for. The views of the beach were spectacular - whether you were on the 2nd floor or top floor. There is so much space in the house - we were a party of 7 adults and 2 children (ages range from 85 to 5 years old) and we didn't feel like we were sitting on top of each other. Everything was first class.

We stayed at Lakeland Keys for ten days for the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. The position was perfect for transport, shopping, beach and evening activities. We didn’t need a car.The whole team at Vogue attended to all our requests promptly and with a lovely friendly manner.I can honestly say it was one of the best holidays we have had with all our family. We ranged in age from 80 to 2 years old.

I want to share with all of you my frustration in dealing with this company.I would suggest making sure that when you deal with this company for online booking you check and confirm by phone as well. My experience has not been that great when comes to customer service It costed me the loss of the deposit for a very poor customer service and ability to respond my questions on time. I will never deal with this company again and it will never be recommended..

STUNNING PROPERTYRiviera Waters - Broadbeach was our home away from home for 2 weeks over the 2018 Christmas period. The house is stunning inside and out with so much space for our family of six to spread out and enjoy. When we weren't busy with all of the holiday activities located within a short distance of this home we were lazing around the beautiful outdoor areas and pool. The private jetty, kyaks, fishing rods and bikes provided were the icing on the cake! Truly a memorable holiday. Thank you Vogue Holiday Homes for your attention to detail and professionalism.

From start to finish Cal and his team were amazing. The property we stayed in was better than any of the photos, and it had everything we needed and more. Little touches like dropping off sand buckets for the kids when we mentioned we were heading down to Tallebudgera, and pointing us in the direction of the best supermarkets, cafes and restaurants shows the level of care that not many others go to in the tourism industry.

We had the best time staying at Kurrawa Avenue. My whole family stayed over the xmas period and we loved the house so much. We had daily table tennis comps and the kids all fished off the jetty. We paddle boarded most days and walked to the beach everyday before breakfast. The staff at Vogue were all so friendly and accommodated our every need. Thanks so much for an amazing time. We were let down last minute by another property. We were driving from Sydney to Gold Coast with 3 kids in the car and it was 8pm and all office was closed and we were due to arrive at 9pm. We sent message To Vogue holiday homes enquiring if we could make a booking last minute. Callan was really quick to answer and arranged everything for us and did not charge us for that night. When we arrived lights were on and cot was set up. It was a lovely house, great for families, kids could play on the sand , they loved the pool. It was a perfect layout and size. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Callan for your great service.

4 adults stayed at The View in Tugun for 5 nights in August. This property is in a nice quiet residential area yet close to bus pick ups, the Gold Coast airport and grocery stores. It’s an easy walk to the beach where you can access a great cycling and running trail. The home is perfect for two couples as we each had private areas and comfortable common areas. We didn’t use one of the bedrooms so certainly more people could fit here. Vogue properties couldn’t have been better in their communications throughout and we appreciate that they come to the property with you to make sure you feel comfortable with the offerings of the home. This personal service is not common with other properties where you just get told how to get a key and you’re on your own.
