Anna, Josh and the team at Birkbecks are truly phenomenal. The centre stone of my engagement ring was loose (purchased elsewhere) and they were very accomodating and helped tighten this up for me free of charge. My fiancé and I decided to add a halo around my solitare to provide further support, and this process was so smooth. We couldn’t fault the experience at all, and we will definitely be coming back to Birkbecks for all of our jewellery needs moving forward. Thanks again guys!

Amazing jewellery and beautiful friendly staff. I bought our engagement ring and wedding rings here 14 years ago. Then a ring for every happy milestone in our lives since then. There is a reason Birkbeck’s has been a cornerstone of the Gold Coast business community for over 100 years and that is because it is a family business. They care about family and really give unbiased but contemporary advice.

What wonderful individualized service. I had a number of pieces of jewelry recently designed by Birkbecks. The one I would like to mention is the remodeling of 2 wedding rings (my mum and dads) into one beautiful dress ring. Keeping them as intact as possible for sentimental reasons but into one gorgeous ring. Thanks Josh and team at Birkbecks.
