How do I begin to explain how life changing my sessions with Jo have been. I went in to my first session a broken girl and by the time I finished I was a beautiful confident self loving woman. The teachings and breakthroughs I had with Jo I will take with me for the rest of my life. I know what a healthy relattion is and I know how to love myself. My happiness is a direct result from Jo's guidance and hard work, but it was the best decision I made for myself. Thank you Jo for everything.

When my partner and I first came to see Jo our relationship was not in a good place and although we both had the desire to make our relationship better, we were at a loss as to how to fix it. Now, a year and a half down the track, with Jo's help, we are in a much better place. Not only as a couple but as individuals, parents and as a family unit. My husband and I started couples counselling after realising that we needed to do some work to improve our marriage and communicate more effectively. Jo helped us through the worst time in our relationship to allow us both to be able to communicate our problems while learning strategies to help us have more understanding. Unlike other counsellors, Jo doesn't offer quick fix solutions that are only temporary, she works at length with you to get to the root of the problem to help educate you on long-term solutions.
