Disgusting company. No care for the residents in the area where they provide their “service.” They pick up bins between 2-4am and wake up the residents. I am appalled.

Good Morning,I am contacting you on your website as I have just had the most rude interaction with your weekend emergency helpline in regards to our rubbish collection. I had called at 10:40am to simply enquiry that our bins would be collected as they have been missed several times this week and we have mounds of rubbish. I was instructed that this would be followed up and I would receive a call back. When I did not hear back, I called again and Michelle, the weekend call service operator, was beyond rude. She talked back, she thought we were located in Melbourne, and was incredibly passive aggressive. This is after the weekday Operations Manager, Rebecca, promised us service would be completed today in total and in a timely manor. This week has been an absolute failure of service, both in rubbish collection and customer service. We will be in contact next week to discuss the events of this week and await a response.

Their trucks are a menace on the roads. Going over double white lines and driving like hoons

Extremely poor customer service. Don't collect rubbish when booked. Sorry I ever signed with them and will cancel our contract at the earliest opportunity.

Don’t use this company as they are the worse in the industry from what I’ve experienced. Customer service is horrible and repeat same things every phone call. Rubbish doesn’t get picked up each week.. gets rescheduled on a daily basis and keep not completing their pickups. Vanessa, one of the area managers spoken to me and stated absolute rubbish facts on why they’ve been missing our pickups and basically lied, not accepting responsibility over their companies actions. All the “higher ranking” employees should get fired as they are making the company worse and mistreating their customers who are suppose to come first.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. No replies, no emails and you have to chase for things all the time.
