WELSHPOOL HOTEL MOTEL
A hotel with so much potential, that sadly fails to deliver time and time again.Went there for dinner in Feb 2023. Service for meals appalling. Not busy, but meals took 1.5hrs to 2hrs to arrive and were very average. One meal sent back as cold, they reheated it in microwave with salad left on plate.Staff very young and didn't know what they were doing. Staff poorly dressed, poorly trained and poorly organised.Pub opening hours inconsistent and meals very poor choice and standard.Needs good management and a good chef.

WELSHPOOL HOTEL MOTEL
Having scrumptious food at its dispense the Welshpool Hotel was able to provide a lovely dining experience for a Saturday night, albeit with a little bit of wait.The venue was filled with the noise of chatter and laughing as well as some TVs playing at a reasonable volume.The staff were amicable when taking our order and handing us our food even as they were busy.

Very friendly staff who are looking to accommodate you in every way to ensure you are well catered for your day. Fantastic old photos are on the walls showing the history of the town. Very good value for money in the meals.

Do yourself a favour and keep driving to the Alberton Pub....stark contrast to the Welshpool pub. Which provided dredful service and barely enables food. Worst pub I have ever been to.

WELSHPOOL HOTEL MOTEL
My husband and I stayed here over the labor day long weekend. Julie at the pub is an absolute gem. Lovely friendly lady with a great personality, wish there were more like her around. We had a huge delicious dinner and stayed the night in the pubs accommodation. Had a great time.

Great old pub, delicious food. Staff are very friendly. Only a short drive to Yarram and Foster. Beautiful area with spectacular views of the Ranges and ocean

Amazing porterhouse steaks with fresh prawns and great country service. The Sticky Date Pudding was delicious and was the best that I have had in years.

WELSHPOOL HOTEL MOTEL
Pub was closed early both Friday and Saturday night, room was run down toilet didn't flush and light in toilet didn't work. After being told about the toilet situation little effort was made to rectify and still not working on second night. Also still had to pay full price.Chicken parma was excellent!
