While this place looked very dirty & was absolute bedlam there was one girl to whom I have given these 5 stars. Joey was doing several jobs & seemed to be keeping the place going. Bins, machines, coffee , bring. You go girl. You are a credit to your boss

My partner and I went through drive thru at 9.15pm ordered a large double quarter meal and a large chicken deluxe meal. Got told to park straight away. We were parked with 4 others waiting on meals. Got our meal, went home and found we were a large chips down. When I rang up to let them know it sounded like the young lady who answered the phone was trying not to laugh. She said she would take my name so I could get the fries next time I came in but it didn't sound like she was taking it seriously.

0300hrs on a Saturday morning and I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before i could order, then another 10 minutes waiting for my 2 coffees. I was the only vehicle in the drive thru. Coffees tasted like they used off milk. No apology for the wait just drinks shoved out window. Obviously not much choice for travellers passing through who want an early start and an early coffee for the trip. Just be prepared to be completely underwhelmed by your CT Maccas experience.

Absolutely Amazing Customer Service this morning. Made to feel welcome. Made sure I understood the order process in the Charters Maccas and only too eager to help. Over and above Service with a smile. A pleasure to see Customer Service is a priority in this Maccas and in general nowadays. You should be proud and commended for your efforts. Keep up the great work and Well Done!What a great experience over 3 days. A very high quality of customer service. #Amazing

By far the worst Maccas I've been too. Always say they deliver then they don't so you have to wait for a refund. Nothing ever works when you go there. Food taste no where near as good as other maccas. Need better options or better Maccas in town. Everytime we visit the drive thru we have to park up in the waiting bay.

Worst McDonald’s ever got there the place wasn’t busy but all tables were dirty ice cream everywhereWent to make a order and were told we had to use the self ordering machine then came back to see people being served at the counter tried to talk to the manager who didn’t give a rats

I was shocked when finding some dirt on lettuce of my salad. I’m now very scared of the wrap which also had lettuce inside and I have eaten right before =.=

Went through drive through but had to wait 25 minutes after placing order for 2 ice drinks and when they finally come the drinks were mostly melted. Don't know what the problem inside was but they had several young people trying to find people to match the orders in the car park.Also the car park was only a very small area so the pile up of waiting customers made it very hard for everyone.
