Really difficult and unhelpful staff. If youre not a millionaire soccer-mum with all the time in the world, who lives in Hampton, they dont make it very easy. We're all having lunch

Unfortunately, there isn’t much time with Amanda after braces are put on.I was told that it wouldn’t be worth putting braces on my bottom teeth, but surely it would make them straight like my top teeth are after braces.Other people including my dentist can see why I’d want my bottom teeth straightened.Also, admin aren’t the friendliest.

Amanda is the absolute best in the business. Incredible attention to detail. She is a true perfectionist at her craft. I would recommend her services to anyone needing expert orthodontic care. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I have only good things to say, re Dr Amanda Lawrence. Our dentist in Melbourne advised us that our 10 year old son needed to see an orthodontist about how to best manage his crowded mouth. We went to see Dr Lawrence in Thomas Street, Hampton. We were really pleased that she did not rush to put on braces immediately. We have received excellent service and a professional attitude, not only from Dr Lawrence, but all of the staff at Amanda Lawrence Orthodontics. Also, I would like to add that it is always nice when medical professionals run on time and this has certainly been our experience with Dr Lawrence. One of the receptionists is very difficult to talk to. It’s as though she tries to make the conversation negative or difficult. This is the second time I have spoken with the clinic and both times I have hung up feeling like I’m in trouble when I am asking a simple question about my appointment.

We had same experience as above with limited time with Amanda. In the sales process-she gives you all the time. Once you start with braces 99% of the work is done by the dental hygienist. We has so many issues. Unhappy with result. Rude staff as well.

I cannot believe the results. I was sure my girls would have to have at least four to six teeth removed each (as my husband had to as a child), but no teeth were removed and beautiful smiles all around! Fabulous, professional staff, pristine clinic, reasonable fees and worth every cent. Would highly recommend Amanda Lawrence (Hampton) to anyone considering braces for their child.

Have needed to have an appointment regarding fixing an issue with my teeth, was told upon my appointment in mid December to come back in January, even though the matter was relatively urgent. Upon trying to book in January I was told February was the only time available. My teeth have shifted within this time, which is not only disappointing but a great waste of money.

I had 4 perfectly healthy teeth removed as a teen because that was the only" option according to Amanda due to having limited space in my mouth.It always felt wrong and since then my mouth has shrunk and my maxilla receded and I suffer from lots of jaw and neck issues. Tmj etcI want my teeth back!I now know there were other options but they never looked beyond the basics that were the norm at the time. I will never get those teeth back and the effects of that babarbaric treatment will probably affect me for life. Thanks."
