As an owner-builder, we had Daryl from Drafting Concepts draw up the construction plans for our new two storey home on the Sunshine Coast. We were able to communicate with him frequently to obtain a floor plan that we were more than happy with, and we found him to be thorough and very approachable - always willing to facilitate many changes and also make recommendations on the best avenue to pursue. Daryl is extremely cost effective and produced a great floor plan for us in a very timely manner. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were looking for a draftsman to complete a design for a second storey and rooftop terrace on our current home. We found Daryl from Drafting Concepts to be extremely efficient, with a great attention to detail and utilizing the space we required brilliantly in his design changes.
