Fantastic Install, Completed to the highest standard I have seenIn home consultation was wonderful, Louis went through the whole system and returns we could expect. He sold us the original 6.6kw system, we installed 5 years ago so was great to know we could expand it to serve our needs, we now have 13kw on Single phase and 20kw of battery storage!Installation team was prompt, polite and super efficient. One of the neatest installs I have seen from looking online. Could not recommend Louis, Danny, Hiroshi & the team!

As a Research Engineer who conducts independent product evaluations for a living, I spent a lot of time looking into our investment in rooftop solar.In the end, it came down to three things:-Product knowledge,-Product availability and-Service/support.We had a tricky install, one that required a little lateral thinking to fit the full 6.4kW of panels on the roof orientation we wanted.From the minute I spoke to the team at Positive Energy, I knew I had found the company I wanted to invest in solar for our new build.Danny Overd (who we dealt with) knew his stuff, he was passionate about solar and we had some in-depth discussions about his own personal experiences with both the technology and resulting power harvest.I came to Positive Energy knowing that I wanted Maxeon 3 400w panels to match our available roof area dimensions and orientation paired with a Fronius Symo inverter to suit our three-phase power supply.Because we are building to a budget, we shopped around, getting three quotes, and while Positive Energy were not the cheapest (nor were they the most expensive), they were able to deliver on every commitment they made.But most importantly, Danny went the extra mile to ensure our install was exactly how we wanted it.For anyone looking for rooftop solar, I would highly recommend Positive Energy as a rooftop solar supplier. Louis and his team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.The turn around time for us to get our panel installed was so quick, the team installing them were so fast and professional on the day.Louis followed up with us the next day to ensure all was working perfectly and talked us through how to get the most out of our panels etc.There are a lot of companies out there but we are so happy we went with these Guys.

I’ve just had my heat pump hot water system installed by Positive Energy, and I’ve been left so surprised after the installation that I’ve felt the need to go online and leave them a 5 star review!I’ve had a lot of tradesman work on my houses over the years, and to my surprise these tradesman were well spoken, they were courteous, they were well dressed and they were neat and tidy. And after they were finished with the installation they even took the time to explain in detail how to use the timers and settings, and they gave me tips on how to have the system operate at my solar panels peak production times.Looks as though my days of paying to heat my water are over..Thank you so much, I am very impressed!I recommend!

The team at Positive Energy were amazing through the entire process. Instead of just telling you what you need, they explained what everything was for as well as alternates that are available. Can’t fault Positive Energy. I requested a premium solar and battery installation and received thorough, well considered advice from the outset. The guys installing the panels and battery were professional, considerate and very hard working. When there was a minor issue at the end, it was quickly rectified with no fuss. Louis and the installation team did a great job supplying and installing our solar system. Would recommend them without question to anyone looking for solar.Louis went above and beyond following up multiple installation quotes over several months trying to optimize our solution in the current trades restricted market.We have a complicated Subiaco extension, with limited roof space and steep pitch. These were viewed as a challenge not obstacles and the team did a great job arriving early in the morning on the day of install and safely installing the 6.6kW system in one day.

Positive Energy worked hard to ensure our solar panel + battery system was tailored to our home and our expected energy use. They did an excellent job. We are running our pool filter for 8 hours, pool heater for 3-4 hours and aircon for 3+ hours, plus all the usual daily appliances, and on average 95% of our daily electricity now comes from the sun. An outstanding result! Just make sure your expectations are realistic and buy the right sized system to match your electricity needs. Positive Energy's advice was invaluable in this regard.
