Bowen Health Therapy

I was the biggest sceptic of alternate medical treatments. Then I visited Katrina for the first time 10 years ago with a shoulder strain from surfing. Her approach, treatment and follow up was outstanding as were the results. I highly recommend the Bowen therapy and Katrina as my therapist!

My 6 year old recently pulled a muscle in his neck and was unable to turn his head or look up, for two days he would cry anytime his neck was touched.His injury didn’t seem to be improving but I was reluctant to send him to a chiro and was looking for a less invasive treatment to help him.I bought my son to see Katrina who I had seen in the past and she was so lovely. While professional, she was also casual enough that my child didn’t get nervous about the treatment and he was happily chatting through the whole session.The next day he woke up feeling slightly better, the day after he had no neck pain at all and was able to turn his head freely!Thank you so much Katrina! After many months of agony and icepick pain to my elbow and upper arm I saw Katrina at Bowen Health Therapy Port Stephens and in less time and the most gentle therapy I no longer feel pain. Katrina recently treated my 7 year old daughter for shoulder pain. My daughter was experiencing constant pain for over 3 weeks and was unable to train and compete in her favourite sport, gymnastics, as a result of the pain.Katrina listened to my daughter, asking lots of questions to gain a deep understanding of the problem. Katrina used a variety of methods to educate my daughter about the muscles in her shoulder in a way my daughter could understand, before treating her.Within 2 days of Bowen Therapy, my daughter had absolutely no pain at all! We could not believe how quickly the pain decreased and went away completely. I would highly recommended Katrina's Bowen Health Therapy.Thank you Katrina!

THIS LADY IS ONE IN A MILLION… actually, I don’t think there is someone else in this world like Katrina.Katrina has literally saved our sanity more times then I can count with our daughters and their colic/wind.To be honest, I did not have much of a clue about Bowen Therapy and we gave it a go to try anything and everything we could with our first born.I cannot even put into words the magic of how this worked for our girls and our lives have changed so much because of Katrina, her knowledge and Bowen therapy.I could not recommend this practise anymore if I tried and I am going to book in and see her ASAP…You won’t be disappointed.
