Sydney CBD Repair Centre

After literally suggested by the Apple Store of discarding the phone (would not turn on and keep flashing due to some water) and swapping for a similar one at $817, Sydney CBD repair centre fixed it same day for $100.Service was smooth and well communicated.Phone is working perfectly as of now.

Excellent service, completed the screen replacement within an hour and only cost about 60% of what they wanted at the Apple Store. Great value and they even threw in a free screen protector and LCD writing board. Time will tell if their screen holds up but everything including Face ID works perfectly at the moment.

Got my ROG 3 fix in less than 1 hour. My phone was well taken care off and the screen was replaced properly and neatly.Got some free phone holder too.

Pros: online chat function was incredibly helpful, good location, staff were helpful and friendly and even gave me a spare phone to take while I was waiting, work done quick.Cons: bought the discounted screen, a week later theres issues, YouTube" now burned into screen twice even though I don't use youtube

Quick turnaround for screen replacements. Had a bit of an issue with a stuck volume button after the work was done, and they inspected and resolved the issue upon returning to the shop the next day. Communication was top-notch as well, especially when I mistakenly left my phone case after I picked up my phone.Highly recommended if you are in need of urgent repairs. Thanks guys!

Got my Asus Rog Phone 3 repaired, fixed within a hour and got a free gift too. Lovely and friendly staff highly recommend and the price is reasonable for a niche phone.

Their shop is hard to find at first coz it is on level 2 of a building in George St, Haymarket NSW. No signs for some reason. ANYWAY, I brought my OnePlus 6 to them, that was not turning on and had seen better days. They were the only shop who quoted me 190aud if paid in cash for the overall repairs. The cheapest I could find at the time of this review. Now my phone is functional again thanks to this shop. Gave me a freebie 12 writing tablet. Top lads."

Great repair shop! David did a great job in replacing the shattered screen and the front camera for my phone, couple of months back. They also provided 3 month post- service warranty. The service was quick. They also provide discount on cash payments. Would definitely recommend this place!

Overall: Good work, no joke fast (done within an hour) and the team are nice people.Note: if you are trying to look for the place its the small entrance after the hotel (view picture). Can be misleading because in 5 mins time span 2 persons have walked in thinking its the pokies. Also, take the elavator to level 2 as its a lot of stairs to level 2.Story: Broke my Asus ROG 3 phone screen on Sat, hubby messaged them on Sat night to find out more details. They still answered eventhough shop isn't opened till Monday. Their live chat works too so if you don't want to message them you can use the live chat in their website.Brought phone in on Monday, was told that it will be done in an hour's time. Sure enough it was. Price wise it is affordable given i get my phone back in an hour's time and don't have to leave it overnight. They put a screen protector on my phone for free. Phone couldn't be used for 24 hours as the glue for new screen needs time to set it. That's a given.I'm really happy they are providing great service.

I had my iPhone X battery replaced.I rang around and this place was the cheapest, the repair was conducted quickly and the staff were friendly.I would highly recommend people get phone repairs conducted at Sydney CBD Repair centre.
