Super disappointing birthday voucher experience.PSA- don’t book in for the $140 lift lash. It can just be an eyelash tint with no dramatic lift at all until you’ve done it a few times. This possibility was not mentioned at booking and even if you don’t get what is advertised, there is no refund which surely is illegal.Wasted time and money on what I hoped would be lasting effects.

Just had my first facial and massage here - it was bliss! The staff were so lovely and made sure many times I was comfortable. I’m so glad I found this place and will definitely be coming pack for one of their packages as regularly as I can.

My second time back to Cove Spa and it is such a delight. I had the Foreshore Freedom spa treatment as I needed to pamper my back after some sun damage. I requested a firm massage and that is what I received. It wasn't as firm as a remedial massage, but was spa treatment firm which is exactly why I was there. Emily was my therapist and she was respectful and friendly and she allowed me to just be immersed 100%. The Essentials facial was such dream and I received great advice on future skin care routine as well as educated on facial peels and how you can start off on a light peel before going hardcore. I shall be back and I appreciate all the products are vegan and cruelty free also. Thanks gals :)

I bought voucher for my partner's birthday to Cove Spa. She booked in on Saturday 28th and I've got covid symptoms and waiting for result. Partner tried to reschedule her appointment but receptionist Chloe literally told her if she had to do it for her she would have to do it for everyone" really!! we're living in unusual times. What a company

Received a voucher for my birthday & decided to treat myself to a massage & facial.Upon booking I was welcomed warmly over the phone & explained the services by the lovely Chloe. She confirmed with me the level of pressure I preferred & passed this on to my therapist.Really enjoyed the massage, therapist ensured I was comfortable with all aspects. The facial was sooo good I embarrassed myself by falling asleep!Very happy with my booking & highly recommend. Even picked myself up some gorgeous reed diffuser’s on the way out.Thank you Cove Day Spa team- you truly pampered me!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Sheila today who made by birthday special. The massage she gave me was luxurious and relaxing and the glass of champagne in the lounge afterwards was a lovely touch. I will definitely be recommending my family and friends to you.
