Carlos was absolutely incredible as our wedding caterer and came to the rescue on very short notice!A month out from our wedding, our caterer cancelled on us without an explanation. It was a stressful few hours trying to find a replacement and I reached out to friends and family to ask for recommendations. A friend had been to a recent wedding that Casa Pancorbo had catered and said their food was amazing.I called Carlos straight away and he was so caring on the phone and able to ease all my troubles, saying that of course they would help, even though they already had another booking on the same day. In the rest of the lead up to the wedding, we spoke on the phone several times about what we wanted, our guests dietary requirements, etc.On the day, Carlos and his team cooked the most incredible food! We chose a range of canapes that were presented really nicely and were very filling which was perfect because our ceremony was around lunchtime. The team made sure to keep plenty reserved for us and the bridal party while we were getting our photos taken. For the main meal, we had 3 different paellas (chicken & chorizo, seafood, veggie) which were absolutely delicious!Throughout the whole process, Carlos was so warm and accomodating. He made the experience an absolute pleasure and to top it all off, the food was amazing. All of our guests absolutely raved about it!I could not recommend Casa Pancorbo highly enough!

Amazing paella’s for my husbands life celebration. It added great atmosphere to the venue and everyone loved the flavours of both the seafood and chicken/chorizo paella’s. everyone came up to me and said it was the best paella they had ever tasted.I am of Spanish background and was dubious of many of the catering companies out there doing paella’s. I just knew when speaking to Carlos over the phone that he knew his paella.I will always use them in future for any catering event whether it be at my home or venue. Rosa and Carlos are such a lovely husband and wife team.

I used Casa Pancorbo for my Engagement party and It was the best decision I made. Carlos is fantastic, he was so accommodating and organised and made the process so easy. Everyone raved about the Paella's (Seafood, Chicken & Chorizo & Vegetarian) and no one went home hungry. They food was so beautifully presented and tasty! We hired Casa Pancorbo to prepare our Christmas dinner and I can say the food was amazing!!The good thing was we just gave an idea of what we may like because we are from Sourh America and they came up with a spectacular menu that was similar to our Christmas food tradition.It was amazing food prepared by wonderful peopleThank you very much.

We booked Carlos for our work Christmas party. His service was extremely professional and he was more than helpful and flexible too. The food was amazing and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the event. We hired Carlos for a 30th birthday and were so impressed with every part of his service- he was prompt, friendly and very professional. The food was AMAZING- fresh ingredients, generous portions and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be using Casa Pancorbo again. Highly recommended for any occasion.

Carlos and his team was truly wonderful to deal with. He was very flexible with having a function in a park, super helpful and always very friendly to chat with. He gave great portion sizes too.. all my guests were nice and full. Thanks Carlos! I would highly recommend.

We used Carlos for my brother's 40th Birthday party and the team didn't disappoint. From the very beginning the booking process was a breeze and Carlos checked in as promised closer to the date to lock in menu details and numbers. The theatre that the guys created was fab and everyone commented on how amazing it was watching the dishes prepared before them. FInally the clean-up... There was none. You wouldn't have even known the guys were there it was that clean. Carlos also supplied an awesome bartender for the night - Jo was awesome, nothing was a problem. Thank you Carlos and team for making a great night awesome, we will certainly be using again!
