I had a amazing time today. I was with Melissa and she was so kind and patient. She was a part of the process and helped make the suggestion of dip powder as it was an overall better pick. She was easy to understand and actually listened to what I said. We had a really good chat over my time there. I would highly recommend going here and especially Melissa. 10/10 review!!

Oh well, how do I start?The skills of the senior manicurist is good, but however the salon gets busy and she gets abit cranky. However a busy salon doesn’t give a staff in the service industry the right to be cranky to the customers, especially new customers if they want to have a loyal customer base.That said, the 2 other less experienced manicurists do have a really good attitude and are polite.Oh well, it could have been a good long standing relationship but it was not to be.

I was on Holiday in Melbourne and also there for business. Right before I left home I got a manicure that didn't last 3 days, it looked terrible right from the start but I didn't have time to fix it until I got to Melbourne. I got an appointment with Q&H Nails and my nails over a week later still look amazing. The best manicure I have ever received. I hope they move to the States, Atlanta, GA and I will be their first customer there. We need you here!

The two girls that were working today we're so good. They were kind and gentle as it was my first time getting nails. I called and asked if they had any time for me and 15 mins later I was telling them what I wanted. Also they are gorgeous nails, matched my reference pic perfectly. (The black in my skin is my fault lol)

Melissa is an artist! I first had gel extensions done and I feel like she gave me completely new hands and nails! Have been going back regularly now for the organic gel and they are super strong and durable, have consistently made it to 4+ weeks no chips. The organic gell also don't destroy your nails which I like!

Melissa is really talented with nail design and has great attention to detail.She takes care of my nails with thought to long term wear, not doing something that will look good now but ruin the nail bed.She has given me a lot of great advice with nail care, and is very accommodating to the designs I want.The Organic Gel has been really good, much preferable over Acrylic

As a guy going into a nail salon to ask for SNS is really nerve wracking because you never know what type of reaction you are going to get from the nail technician. Going into Q&H was such an amazing experience. I was lucky to be given such amazing service and felt totally at ease. My nails look amazing and I have no hesitation in recommending this nail salon to anyone. The manager who has come back from maternity leave recently was excellent. Thank you so much for making feel so comfortable and I can’t wait to come back again
