Very good service and well present. All the staff have been very lovely. I have been here for my back and foot injuries and have had great outcomes and results. Zachary Forster is the physiotherapist, I attended with and he has done a fantastic job helping me with rehabilitation for all my major competition in the past two years .

I say Jack is the person you should see if you going through any sports injury. He is knowledgeable and soo humble to deal he gonna explain you everything pretty smoothly so you can understand the whole healing process. Definitely 10/10 for jack

I have been thoroughly impressed by his services, assessment, guidance and step by step program. Zach has been very attentive, positive and has provided me with a very good experience. I highly recommend Life Ready Physio. Reception staff are friendly. I saw Jack Li for physio (this was my first time ever at a physio). He was positive and friendly, providing me with an excellent physio experience . He listened to my issue with my shoulder, was very thorough with his assessment and tailored a specific program for me, which was helpful in correcting my shoulder issue.

Following a recent game of golf, I had a severe pain in my right shoulder and made an online appointment for the next day.Aside from the actual treatment, it was explained to me, how and why the injury occurred and along with a series of exercises, will enable me to resume golfing.

I’ve been attending for almost a year, and am very happy with the wonderful services offered, the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, and the progress I’ve made. I’ve moved to video calls as I am self-isolating during the virus pandemic. The home sessions have been great! I have one-on-one sessions and there’s a surprising variety of exercises I can do with my gym ball, resistance band, and yoga mat. Definitely contact them and arrange for a video call session, as you will truly benefit from their expertise.EDIT: I made great progress in spite of the 2 years of lockdowns, thanks to Life Ready. I still highly recommend them. The massage therapy is also awesome.

Dr. Teresa Wan helped my mum with her frozen shoulder she’s had for 2 years - simply exceptional! My mum’s always been skeptical of physiotherapists due to her terrible experience overseas, but Dr. Teresa was changed that with how amazing she is.. Very gentle with mum (who’s nearing 70) and listens patiently and works with our lifestyle.. Definitely recommending her to anyone to needs a good physio and listens and understands what you’re going through!!
