Exceptional service, excellent products and empowered staff. What I am about to explain made me decide that paint access will be my paint store for life despite that I live in a different state.I used flood spa-deck in past and love the product. I purchased some online from Paint Access to re-stain my decking but ran out half way through the job. I ordered some more online but found it was the wrong colour when arrived. I realised that I made a mistake when ordered.I contacted Paint Access via the phone to order the correct colour as I needed it urgently, I was explaining my silly mistake to their product manager Sofya.To my pleasant surprise, Sofya asked if I want to return it for refund. I explained that it was my fault, she said sent us photos of the product and we will decide if it can be returned or not. She then sent me postage labels and instructions how to wrap it again for postage back.The correct new order arrived in no time, the wrong colour was picked up by a courier and I got refunded in 2 days.Thank you Paint Access and special thanks to Sofya

Great product range, well priced and I like the ability to bulk buy and save. Customer service has been exceptional, there was an issue with the courier company and as soon as I contacted Paint Access they sorted it straight away, arranged another courier and had my order delivered (different state) the following day.I previously used local paint retailers for all my paint needs due to concerns on online purchasing but based on my experience I would Highly Recommend Paint access and will be using them regularly.

The whole process with Paint Access was quick and easy and the product was just what I wanted. Well DoneThe only disappointing think was the courier I ordered the item on the 22 Aug and the delivery date was for 24-25 it arrived in Townsville at Approximately 1:45 pm Thur 25 enough time to fulfil the delivery date.Not happy with that the courier didn’t deliver it on Fri or Mon either so I put an investigation in, I understand they may be waiting for more packages maybe to save on fuel but I had no feedback at all.There are no phone numbers or email addresses and you have to lodge your complaint online, all when a quick phoneCall could have just said this is what is happening and I would have been happy.Far to many businesses are not giving out their contact info these days.But again we’ll done paint Access I finally received my order on the 30 Aug, and a big thank you. If I find something I need and you have it will order from you.

Thank you to the team. I was looking for a Graco Ultra Cordless paint sprayer and not only did they have them in stock and lots of them, they also price matched. Whole process was smooth, fast and highly professional.

In my recent experience of purchasing products online I have been very disappointed, but PaintAccess has done a wonderful job in putting paint products online and providing excellent service with great savings. On my first order I saved 12% compared to my local Bunnings. When I ordered the product I allowed 7 days for delivery.On day six I called to see where the delivery was, Paint Access answered the phone on the first ring, Sophia followed up on my query and my paint was with me in less than an hour. In fact it was ready the day after I ordered and as I wasn't expecting the delivery, and nobody was there to accept the order.Overall I had an exceptionally good experience and will continue to purchase from PaintAccess.
