We were charged 3 times for 1 delivery, twice by credit card on consecutive days & also by the driver who told our employee we had to pay $90cash which he did not knowing we had paid by card. Multiple phone calls were unsuccessful in getting sorted. So disappointing as we have used Westberg previously without issues.

We've been using West Berg for 7 years and have always found them to be punctual, offering a great service and delivery to regional Vic

I recently sent tow diff centers tow different places one got quoted $55 and other $35On pick up day I called them and paid by credit card $90 they sent the driver the other to collect the payment I told the driver I paid on the same day the part got picked up and called their office to confirm the said yes ok it’s been paidI called them today to book the freight they saying you guys are band we don’t do service for guys because you refuse to pay our driver. After I explained that to him I paid by credit card on the same day the parts got picked upNow he said we wouldn’t quote that muchWill fair call tell me I pay the difference if that’s the case his been rude saying we don’t have time to talkThat’s not how to speak to customer specially when you guys made a mistake

spoke to a guy called paul,handled my request with a great attitude,gave me a great price and the service from pick up to delivery was number one ,great company to deal with

Paid on the phone with my card to deliver some goods to a business. Driver got there and demanded $35 cash. I felt ashamed when confronted about that! Called the office but no one could give me an explanation and they scoffed at me. I called twice and they hung up the phone the first time and the second time they said 'let me think about it' and never heard back from them. Cash is gone, will definitely not use them anymore.

I wish there was zero i could give them. as a business i booked them. they gave me quotation based on the item( two seats out from kia carnival)one headlight and one side guard plus one rim from Hastings to Thomastown. all together for $170. after two days delay the driver( Indian accent) arrived, i loaded the small items and when i wanted to load the seats, the driver refused to take them. he said seats are too big and he needs more money. the driver called the office before I do anything, when i called the office ( I think his name was Paul), He was threatening me over the phone. I tried any more time to call them but no one pick the phone. i asked the driver to unload the other items but he through them away from the truck on the road. headlight is broken. and he abused me because of my face( he called me dirty Asian) while I'm not a chines. i called the office few more times but as soon as they realized its the same person they hanging up the phone. make sure when you use this company finalize the price. NOT RECOMMENDING THEM AT ALL.

Their Driver was very rude, didn't have mask on during covid restriction , didn't sign in to our premise, swearing at staff, unsafe driving and furthermore the General Manager Paul didn't want to heard anything about the complain or to resolve the matter . Most unprofessional company in freight. we will not ever use them or have them on our premise. Don't use them for your freight company. Save yourself from the headaches.

HE LOST MY ITEM AND BAD ATTITUDE

This company was once one of the best to deal with, but unfortunately not any more .Freight gets damaged. Goes missing for days ?Paul the manager is so RUDE and unprofessional.His overall attitude is discraceful . They just want to get paid regardless of whether your freighthas been delivered damaged or not .Find someone else.

cheap but very poor service, rude driver, rude staff members. I have received my boxes damaged. I didn't sign the paper but the driver left it outside and drove away. the office never listen to you. never use them again.
