Perfect, if it wasn't for these vets and their quick diagnosis of a rapid regression our pup would have died. She was then transported to UQ small animal hospital. Westvet vet rang a few days later to see how our pup went. He was expecting the worse which would jave been the case if he wasn't so vigilant and caring.

Compassion is the word they use. They are not at all. Happy to euthenase...I guess its easy and makes them quick money as that is what they are all about. Do not give a Carr, don't return calls, don't give answers, don't give results. Just a money making machine

Called up with an emergency for my cat, they took us straight in and had my beautiful boy back home the next day avoiding further issues. Friendly and helpful staff as well, my cat was well looked after!

West vets isn’t my usual vets. I rang around this morning trying to get a vet to come to my house to put my beautiful lab to sleep, out of pain. They couldn’t fit in a house call, but they did fit me in ASAP At their office. The staff here are so amazing & compassionate. They went above & beyond to make sure I was feeling comfortable & to make sure my boy Tommie was treated with the utmost care in his last moments. Thank you for making a tough time a beautiful time. ❤️ I will certainly be changing vets to use this one always now❤️
