Awesome drive through service. We take coffee and breakfast on weekends sometimes. The Kunafah French Toast, Turkey Ham Croissant, and Haloumi Cheese Pockets are the best.

Good atmosphereFood/drinks come out in a timely manner considering how busy they were on a Sunday night. Particularly the drive thru, what a queue there was outside.I reckon the food and drinks also taste good enough for the decent price.

Service could be improved. They forgot one of our order!Food and coffee average. We had breakfast here on the weekend. A small cheese pocket for $6 is quite pricey I thought..Plenty of seats inside.

It's a drive through but we always sit in, on a hot day it's so cool inside but perhaps it gets a bit too coolThe sourdough rye and toppings are generous, which was a big surprise that's got a menu not seen at any other Gloria Jeans. But could add a little more ice-cream with the apple pie

Good place to eat and have a hot or cold drink with your family. It is also a good place to do a business meeting while sipping a cup of coffee. The decoration is fantastic (see pictures) which adds warmth to the place.Parking is available and there are covered and uncovered places for smokers.Konafa is available and for just $8. You can also just add cents to have a bigger cup of coffee. Remember to select your choice of milk for your coffee (I prefer light milk) and if it became cold then just ask staff to heat it for you.Good place with excellent prices and friendly staff.

Ambience is alright. Plz do not put donation card reader from next to payment machine. You guys are trying to confuse customers and rip off money from them. Very disappointing.

I am a coffee lover, and this is the place where I come for my coffee. Every time I got the coffee I felt a refresh vibe inner me. They made it so good to make me come back again and again. Pretty nice location for my coffee and especially when you are in move they do have drive through. Small shop but you can enjoy their outdoor area while having your coffee. Very quick service if you are in rush. I would always like to come back to place for coffee.

Every time I go through drive thru they never understand the order. I repeat myself several times before giving up. I thought it was the speaker initially but even at the window they have no idea what you are talking about. It is on their menu! They need to take these employees off the speaker. Their açai soft serves are also ridiculously overprice. I get the same thing but better at Putney for half the price and a better serving. Their cold drinks are also more often than not just ice.

I drove past the drive-through many times and it was my first visit. Surprisingly the service was quick! Always love Gloria Jean and hope to see more similar setups (drive-through) !
