Australia Post - Coniston LPO

very disappointing. I have no idea how this business operates when they can't do something as simple as answer their phone

I'm a regular here as my parcels are often redirected. The staff are lovely and very helpful! :)

The opening hours are ridiculous. I don’t know how they expect people with jobs to be able to pick up packages. If they were open till 5:30 atleast a couple of days or a half day on Saturday would fix most issues. I wish auspost would stop taking my packages here. Also the workers are quite rude

Hopeless. One star to post complaint.Notified parcel arriving on certain day, then nothing, then a delay with no delivery, then a second notice re delivery between a 2-day window, still no delivery and with no notice in letterbox informing parcel awaiting collection at Coniston.Went to seller's website where tracked item to Coniston PO where it has been since 23/2.Then called by Coniston PO (without notice to ID parcel) and waited in 3-person queue while postmaster searched for a customer's missing item for 10 minutes. Had to leave without being served as spouse running late for work. No attempt by staff to apologise for the wait.Once home phoned PO to check if parcel there and phone rang out. Rang again and was beeped out. I've been waiting for this parcel - an item essential to my work - for over two weeks and am now dealing with further delay plus the inconvenience for my spouse to drive me to Coniston PO again (I am awaiting surgery for cataracts and cannot drive) with enough of time to spare for the poor service.Not happy.

The best service I've had from any of my Aus Post encounters.I had a problem with my parcel, the staff resolved my issues very quickly and professionally.

It’s always a pleasure to pop in and see Haroon & Shazia when collecting my mail or parcels. They are very friendly and always look after me.

This is the worst post office ever. They only open until 4:30 and often shut before this. They also don’t open on a Saturday. How do they expect anyone who has a job to be able to collect anything?! I’ve stopped buying anything online just to avoid this issue of not being able to collect my parcels as they don’t offer any reasonable trading times. The owners are extremely rude. I left work early to be able to collect an item by 4:30 and they had shut early. They were still inside the shop and refused to open the door so I could collect my parcel that had already been sitting there for almost two weeks due to lack of appropriate trading hours.

Great staff and really helpful. I don’t understand why people say the staff is rude. The staff has helped me and always gone out of their way. Keep up the good work!

Poor service. I needed to print something and the woman working offered me no help and told me to go elsewhere. I went to Corrimal post office who helped me out straight away. Also whenever i collect parcels it takes over 5 minutes for them to find my parcel. I have even been asked what the box looks like. How would I know? Get some organisational and customer service skills. The former owner was amazing and ran this place so well and it has been replaced by people who couldn't care less. From 5 stars to 0.

Worst post office ever, the owners are liars. The website says they are open until 5.30pm but they close at 4.30pm.I was attacked by the male owner because my parcels were taking up too much space. I mentioned that if they were open reasonable hours I could have come and collected them, but as I was required to take time off work they would have to wait until I was able to get there.They should NOT be allowed to take parcels for collection unless they will be open at a minimum standard business hours
