Soo bad. Don’t bother trying to deal with Mushtaq he has no care in the world! No customer service no communication. He has no idea on how to stick to a schedule and blames everyone else when cleaners don’t turn up, Very unreliable. This company is actually shocking. Hopefully someone higher up than Mushtaq will see this and act on his poor effort. Why sign contracts and commit to cleaning businesses when you can’t organise your cleaners to even bother turning up. If your lucky they may turn up on the wrong day/time with no notice from Mushtaq at all. Then charge you when there’s no cleaning even been done due to cleaners not turning up.

Good starting point like most places always room for improvement don't lay site allowance

We use Alpha Facilities Group for all our sites nationally for over a year now. Great organisation to deal with. They take client management very serious and even when there are any issues, they resolve and rectify immediately . Fantastic business values that we truley respect.
