This Coles in Clayton is not my usual shopping centre. In general, I am disappointed with the poor quality of lamb and beef being sold at Coles and Woolworths. It seems the quality of meat was much BETTER before Covid. Not sure of the reason. Not only prices have increased but also the quality has declined. Most people I speak to agree and have now started buying meat from butcher's.Coles are you listening? Giving it 3 stars out of loyalty.

Just a standard Coles supermarkets, good to do a quick shopping run. Just need to check your receipt, sometimes they accidentally over charges you.

Very easy to shop,sometimes product discount.Helpful staff.But $250 Coles prepaid Mastercard (10% off) never be available in this store,upset for that.

Messy and cramped Click&Collect car park. Can't even park without worrying if I'll bump into trash. Is this how they treat their customers? Absolute rubbish (pun intended)

Numerous times I’ve been overcharged for “quick sale” items. Always check your receipts! And provide it to the staff, so you can at least be refunded the difference.The supermarket code of conduct says they’ll give you the item for free: but this Coles doesn’t play by the rules.

Coles surprised me for the first timeThe Teens/Kids gift cards are on sale (15% OFF) at the moment for Black Friday. The advertisement only shows $50 ones. I was taking a photo of the advertisement to check with the staff whether other values (e.g., $500) apply the discount or not. A staff yelled at me while doing her staff “YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE PHOTOS”. I came to her and asked the reason why, she said she didn’t know and ask the store manager if I want to know why.The store manager was not far away. I asked her and she said (while walking) it’s the policy that I need to get store manager’s permission to take any photos of products in all stores in Australia. Then I said I would delete the photos and asked her about the gift cards, she said “read the conditions. I know as much as you know.”

Way too busy, small, condensed car park. People everywhere walking out without looking. I don't have anxiety, but this place will give it to you. Inside busy busy busy. Rude and pushy. Will absolutely never go here again, even if this was the last grocery store on earth
