Outback Steakhouse Wollongong
Outback Steakhouse used to be our go to for a dinner out, however after our last two visits it’s unfortunate to see how bad this place has gotten in recent years.We went for lunch so it was less crowded. Even though there were less than 10 people in the restaurant it still took 30 min for a garlic bread, then a further 45 min for our mains. The mains came out completely over cooked as if the steak had been forgotten on the grill and you had to saw it to cut it. My partners mash potato was delivered to her cold and when she requested a warm one it took around 15 min to arrive, which by then the rest of her meal was cold.If you want a steak, I would recommend choosing anywhere that’s not Outback Steakhouse.

Friendly staff who looked after our every need. We had to have their famous Bloomin Onion. It was delicious!It was a busy night but that didn't stop them giving great service and meals out on time.We didn't have to wait long for our main meal and It was cooked exactly to my liking.Would definitely visit again.Fantastic value for money.

You won't really know what you get on different times you come and eat here. Ordered the same thing- shared Sirlion" at different day and got a completely different portion and quality

Always the best service here with friendly and very accommodating staff and manager.Definitely a must visit.The food is very delicious and cooked well as per our liking. Clean restaurant with nice vibe and ambience.Recommended for families and couples.

We chose our own table, but they made us mode in a darker place, saying its better for them to see us when we sit there , then we waited for 20mins for order and then later while we were having food we waited 10 mins to ask someone to get us water , nobody looked at us , I tried calling then I went to them to ask for water . Food was overall good, but i didn't like their customer service. It seemed a bit rude to me , i should be able to choose my own sit .

First time at Outback Steakhouse and it was great!! Jack our table server was fantastic from the moment we walked in he was very friendly, attentive & funny. Food came out fast and man the servings are huge, did I mention Jack he was an absolute legend!

Went for me birthday and service was awesome! Had everything explained perfectly by the waitress who was very nice. Ordered the smokey bbq pork ribs, hot chicken wings and the schnitzels, all bloody awesome!. Even got a free dessert for my birthday. Great way to spend the night, will be coming back.

I have a great tip if you have ever been to obsh and you have waited over an hour for your food (yes, that has happened). Come on a Wednesday, not a lot of people food came out in 20 minutes. The staff were great and the food was the same although mine was a little undercooked. I asked for a medium cooked steak, and it came medium rare, but I could still enjoy it. Well done, steak house. I will be back again on a Wednesday.
