Called to get help with my Kia Rio, not only was this person on the other end abrupt and not wanting to help - he had no care to listen as he kept speaking over the top of me. I don’t care how well you think you know your job or how many years you’ve been “in the game” your customer service is appalling and needs some work. Yuck! And to think you were recommended by valley tyres.After explaining the issue I had with my car (the back left door not locking) he responded so what’s wrong. I explained again! “Yerh I don’t think I can even fit ya in” we are clearly under the pump with Easter!Well duh so is everyone!But your the one that made the mistake of assuming I needed this done before easter, which I did not just so you are clear.Disgusting excuse for “customer service”

Visited today. Trying to get some work sorted.cant do till 14 days distant.. Friendly sounds alright.

Said they required car all day dropped off at 8.30am not calls by 3pm walked there as had no car and they said they would ring. Car was not ready had to wait 20 minutes for the gut who was working on it to return just tell it would cost $1500 and not worth fixing. Charged me 30 minutes labour ( fine with that) but how long had they known as it was 7 hours after I dropped it off. I could have picked the car up and been home hours before.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business from reception to owner and mechanic. Staff could not have been more helpful ...checking the car was no problem for them, even though they were very busy. Efficient, friendly, professional. Great people to deal with.

First auto electrician I dropped in to see (different place) said they couldn't fit me in for 3 weeks, even though it was just changing the fuse for the 12v system. So I called up Hanks and despite them also being very busy, they went out of their way to fit me in that day as I was selling the car the day after. They were friendly and professional and charged me a very reasonable rate for the work completed. Much appreciated.
