I trully had an amazing experience with the employess .They are so friendly and they do give gud suggestions for the new ones .Defently highly recommendation from my side .checkout my amazing nails that they have done for me.

The owner was very pushy. I stood outside to check the pricing when I first arrived. I’m assuming she’s the owner, she asked if I wanted to get my nails done, I said I was just having a look for the moment and will get them done in a few days. She then tapped my shoulder and shooed me away. When I went to go there to get my nails done another day, the owner told me it was $80 for full set of nails, when I said I would just get my toes done, she lowered the price to $55. I had to pay before my nails were dry, and she charged me $70 for full set after saying it was $55. The owner was very rude and I highly do not recommend!

I went in yesterday and got my nails done. Went back today to get it filed back and the lady was super helpful in explaining why she had left them a bit thicker (they were very long so being thicker they wouldn’t snap as easily) and then wanted to get a colour change as well. The staff were happy to accomodate and were extremely kind and helpful. Would 100% recommend anyone looking to get nails done, to visit jade nails. One of the best nail salons I’ve visited in Australia! Absolutely amazing.

Do not recommend this place. If a place has so many one star reviews don’t go. The service is shocking, go to one of the hundreds of other nail places around. Ended up buying polish from priceline and that looked better.

Amazing Service provided by Tina and Wendy so happy and satisfied with my nails. Have been visiting them since 2019. Always get the satisfactory results from them. It was worth paying for the customer service and end result. See you soon.Thank you

Excellent customer service. Very efficient. The staff there seem happy – so they have a really good boss. They are always smiling. Look at my pretty nails.Definitely returning here!!!!
