ABLECARE brisbane is a community focused group. Staff are great - people seem to be confused with many other organisations with the name ABLECARE or abletherapy. Great staff and supportive managers. Doing the best they can for difficult clients and sometimes people who do not appreciate the work the staff do every day to help others. Dedicated organisation to helping people. I would recommend Ablecare North Brisbane and Sunshine Coast team

Don't work for this company, you get hired on a perm/part time basis, and it's up to you to contact rostering for your hours, as you won't be set any steady hours once you have started.

I agree with some of the posts, some managers don’t care, nor sort out anything with the client and staff. But staff some don’t care either, when the company pays peanuts, u get people that will do very little, don’t expect people to go above and beyond the own job description.Maybe look at paying people with the education,knowledge and experience. People will stop using the company as a step stone to something better.
