She made me feel at ease, was not pushy and her years of experience allowed me to select my dream dress which she altered perfectly.Connies dresses are immaculate and she takes a lot of pride in her shop. I had been to 3 bridal stores in Sydney before going to Acapella Bridal and it was by far the best experience I had! I was particularly interested in the Martina Liana range and Connie had a beautiful, hand picked range to choose from!Connie is highly experienced and you can sense her passion and care for the dresses. I knew I was in very good hands!Definitely worth the drive from Sydney!! :)

I’d been to 2 other dress shops beforehand and I can honestly say Accapella is my favourite.Just picked up my dress today after alterations Connie did herself, and I’m so in love. I didn’t think it was real to find ‘the one’ (in dresses anyway ;) but they allowed me to try on so many dresses, even after I found the one - I tried on more to make sure.Such a huge range and a beautiful shop. Thanks Connie for a great dress shopping experience!

Connie, thank you so so much for helping me find my dream dress. Initially I was quite nervous about trying on wedding dresses but you made the whole process so easy and relaxed. You presented me with so many options that would suit my body and as soon as I tried on 'Blossom' by Madi Lane I knew I had to say 'yes to the dress'! Thank you for your patience, expertise and guidance when it came to the fit and alterations too. I truly felt like a princess and have received endless compliments on my dress. Accapella Bridal was the first place I went to look for my wedding dress and didn’t need to go anywhere else! Connie was an absolute pleasure to have helping me through this exciting experience. Every time I went to try on my dress, she made me feel so special and excited. She was honest, thorough and so so kind! My dress needed to be altered and Connie and Fillipa made the impossible happen when we didn’t think it could be altered!! I can’t recommend Connie enough for anyone who wants a beautiful dress and an exciting, stress free experience. I can’t thank you enough Connie, for making my wedding dress dreams come true!

Thank you thank you thank you to Connie! After purchasing my dress from a different boutique and having an alterationist ruin it two weeks before my wedding, I headed straight to Accapella and Connie was amazing!!She was so sensitive and kind especially with me being so stressed and helped me pick out an amazing dress. She even managed to make some minor alterations to it so it fitted me perfectly. She did fabulous work and would recommend her to any bride!!

Connie was like my interstate fairy godmother!! I was on the hunt for a specific lace to extend a part of my dress, and where I had purchased my dress in Victoria was not able to offer any solutions. I had called around 5 bridal shops before Connie with no luck. Connie went above and beyond, and although she didn't have the exact lace, she looked through her collection and found one almost identical for me, which she then promptly posted. I felt extra beautiful on my wedding day, and Connie played a very important part in that. Considering this was the level of service for someone in a different state, who was not a prior customer of hers, I would have absolute no hesitation in recommending her!! Thank you again Connie :) xxx

I honestly had the worst experience at this store, and it's such a shame because I loved a few of the dresses and many of them were very unique. I may actually have bought one and I feel like I can't because of how controlling Connie was. Unfortunately Connie was very restricting in what she would allow me to try on, for some reason she got this idea in her head of what I would like" despite knowing nothing about me and I very clearly told her when she asked that I was willing to try on all styles and wanted to experiment a bit. But when I went to browse the dresses she kept saying "you won't like that" "oh no not that" "no you won't like that one either". It was so odd because how would she know what I liked I literally just met her? And if I was drawn to it
