House On The Rock

House on the Rock is the perfect getaway for a group of friends! The views are spectacular, the beds are extremely comfortable and Nav made accessing the property and check in a seamless experience.

The house is poised on the rocks, as described. and the position is amazing. You get an almost panoramic views of water from tranquil Port Hacking to the open Pacific ocean. The house is well designed - light and airy, cosy and well appointed. The bedrooms are gorgeous, all with views. There's heaps to do, from 2 beaches at one's door steps to bush walks; or even doing nothing is fine as the house lends itself to relaxation. Communication with and by the owner has been optimal, which is extra great.

Wow! What an amazing holiday. The most amazing views, stunning sunsets, balmy evenings and sea breezes, falling asleep to the sounds of waves below this weekend getaway was just so perfect.The home was beautifully cleaned, so much information was provided ahead of time and it took minutes for us to unwind and relax. It has every comfort provided and we just wished we had booked for a few extra days. Highly recommend The House on The Rock.

If I was a rich man this would be my holiday house :-) North facing, waterfront at your feet, the Royal National Park to your back, one hour from Sydney door to door. Sun all day, protected from the prevailing nor easter, with a deck that's perfect for afternoon drinks. Lovely house, well maintained, everything you could ask for. We'll be back!

House on the Rock is an artistically decorated home, intelligently designed to take advantage of its unique position in an incredibly beautiful setting.. Close enough to Sydney to make our trip from home a breeze, but tucked away in a delightful seaside hamlet, it provided seclusion and serenity with access to cafes and a well stocked supermarket. Our recent autumn visit mean we enjoyed morning sun on the north balcony, while the afternoon sunset was filtered through the trees on the expansive western side of the house. Take your pick of Jibbon, Hordens or Gunyah beach offering a variety of seaside experiences - or donas we did and laze away the day marvelling at the incredible view. We didn’t want to leave! Beautiful house in an amazing location! The views were spectacular and it was great to have the national park and pristine beaches right on the door step. We didn’t want to leave.Update: We just returned from our second stay at House on the Rock (this time over summer), and it definitely did not disappoint us. The sea breezes kept the house cool, and having the ocean right at the doorstep was perfect for relaxing evening swims.

House on the Rock was true to the pictures and description and yet still managed to exceed our expectations. It is a beautiful unique property in a stunning location. There is plenty to do or nothing. So relaxing, comfortable and friendly with just the right touches of luxury such as the stunning heated outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim off beautiful Gunyah beach. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We cannot wait to go back.
